Hi folks,

How do I add a multiple-day event to my calendar? For example, let's say someone in my office is going on vacation for a week, how do I mark that on our office calendar without entering a separate event for each day of the week?

Is there any kind of documentation file available that I can give to our (decidedly non-technical) office administrator?

Normally, you would expand the "This event repeats" section, and mark the vacation time as reoccurring from say, 4/6/07 through 4/14/07. Also check the "repeats weekdays" box.

We may soon add a simple "repeats for the next n days" option for these basic cases.
