I have an account in which it is published to

www.midwaycityut.org/calendar.htm

If I open this page in Firefox browser it works fine and people are able to add an event.

If I open this page in IE browser it gives me an error message.

Please let me know what I need to do to fix this.

Could you supply the error message, and what (if anything) is being done that causes it?

OK - We'll work on replicating that. We've had this error in the past for some IE users but have not been able to nail down the specific cause. Not everyone with IE gets it. It seems to be related to downloading javascript files required by the Event Editor.

Umm... I don't understand: In 1 post you say you are not able to find this option (or printable view) and in another post, you describe this exact feature. What is the problem: Can you not find the "allow visitors to add events" option, or did you in fact find it and are having problems.

confused

You finally fixed the problem with the print and adding events on my account "emsk"

Now I still need you to fix the problem with Internet Explorer with the account "MidwayCity".
Please see previous posts.

You said you would get back to me with a fix.
Your exact quote...

You see it happens with every computer I have tried it on with Internet Explorer

Why does it take so long to get a response from Support?

emsk,

We have tried to solve your problems; we have tested with IE and not had any issues.

You continue to complain about things not working correctly, and yet do not provide complete information (what version of IE? Is there a popup blocker? Page caching? Javascript disabled?). As I stated, we have been trying to replicate the problem. I'm sorry we haven't been able to duplicate it nor provide a fix on your schedule.

To top it off, you continue to cross/multiple post your problems and clog the forums depite my having repeatedly asked not to do so.

And now, you have posted several times intimating that we lied to you about your subscription activation date, when it was in fact in May.

Perhaps you should seek another calendaring service that may better meet your requirements. I'm refunding your $29.95 payment. You will want to cancel your subscription manually through paypal.

To our other members: We are strive to provide a good product and good customer service. In return, we ask only a few simple things. Two of them are

1) Don't cross-post an issue multiple times on the forums - we read them all anyway and the cross-posting just makes things messier for everyone and slows down our response time

2) There's no need for ad-hominem/personal attacks. Not to the localendar staff, and not to other localendar members. We just can't tolerate this type of behaviour.

Not once in the posts have I attacked you. Please re-read.
You will see that I have had problems receiving posts from support. It takes days for support to answer. Both here and your contact us area on your website...which I am still waiting for an answer.
