I paid for the $29.95 premium several hours ago but the ads still appear. I have signed off and on several times since. confirmation was Date of sign up: May 13, 2007 Subscription Name: Premium Webmaster Subscription Number: S-6AE95592A9044451E Item Number: 1234567890 Subscription Terms: $29.95 USD for each year |

still waiting for my premium subscription to be completely activated. username: emsk You have taken off the ads...but the other services are not available. I paid the $29. Paid on 5/12...it is 5/15 pm...and still waiting... |

OK... so why do I still not have the things I have paid for? It says in my account: Premium Services [expires May 14, '08] more information... But there is no option in view to PRINT...or to add events. There is no option in OPTIONS to add these things. What's up...why is it taking so long? |

Yes, the option is there - exactly where is was mentioned in a previous and in my response to a recent post you added. Perhaps you would prefer a refund and to look elsewhere... I was nothing but honest when I referred you to the correct start date on your subscription. Or perhaps you have your browser set to cache old versions of pages.
