I would like to have more control over what pictures are displayed on my calendar. For example, on the holiday listing I would like to be able to change or delete the standard pictures that are on the calendars. I would also like to be able to upload my own clipart into the calendar.

Thanks and look forward to an update soon!

The custom holiday pictures are a bit off, but as for the uploading of your own clipart I have better news: this feature is currently undergoing testing and should be available soon.

I would like the ability to turn off the clip art altogether.

If you want to turn off the clipart, then you'll have to turn off the associated holiday categories (under Options->Events)

I should mention that we're working on a significant clipart upgrade, as well as the ability to toggle images.

yah!!!

I like the holidays, just hate the clip art...

(Nothing personal against the clip art, I find it to usually be very festive, and adequately descriptive. The clip art does, however, take up space, and make the height of rows even more unpredictable from month to month)

(No clip art was hurt in the making of this comment)

ok, know how in the options we have

Holidays to Include
US: Federal (July 4th, Labor Day, Christmas, New Year´s...)
US: Miscellaneous (Valentine´s Day, Mother´s Day...)
Christian (Ash Wednesday, Good Friday...)
Jewish (Rosh Hashanah,Yom Kippur...)
Astronomy (Moon Phases,Solstices,Equinoxes)

Can't they just be duplicated, but without clip art, so we would get two different check boxes, one for clip art, one for none...

Holidays to Include
US: Federal (July 4th, Labor Day, Christmas, New Year´s...)
Checkbox 1 for clip art, check box 2, no clipart
US: Miscellaneous (Valentine´s Day, Mother´s Day...)
Checkbox 1 for clip art, check box 2, no clipart
Christian (Ash Wednesday, Good Friday...)
Checkbox 1 for clip art, check box 2, no clipart
Jewish (Rosh Hashanah,Yom Kippur...)
Astronomy (Moon Phases,Solstices,Equinoxes)
Checkbox 1 for clip art, check box 2, no clipart

The images themselves are getting redesigned, first off... (actually, we have them already and are haggling on the png/gif issues. Thanks IE6!)

The underlying method for generating the holiday dates is a little quirky, and as part of that being fixed, the ability to enable/disable images will be added. To add 2 sets of holidays would entail multiplying a weird situation x 2, which is why we haven't implemented your completely practical suggestion.

BTW - see my other thread; just bumped your subscription to Premium Webmaster in thanks for all your recent participation.
