I paid for the basic subscription which is 9.95 but I would prefer to upgrade to the premium which is 29.95. Is there any way for me to do this and apply the 9.95 towards the upgrade rather than paying for the additional 29.95?

The easiest way for us to do an upgrade right now is to refund your $9.95 subscription, and have you re-subscribe to Premium Webmaster. Please look for the PayPal refund/cancellation notice in your inbox.

Alas - I can't find your PayPal receipt to cancel your subscription sad

Can you send me either your Paypal name or transaction ID so I can find it?

I would like to do the same thing but I paid for this service with my credit card. Let me know if this can be done.

If you used a credit card, it would still be through PayPal, correct?
If so, then cancel your existing subscription and re-sign up for premium webmaster. I will refund your original 9.95 payment (just let me know when you've re-signed)

Ok I cancelled my subscription and signed up for the upgraded one. If you would please refund my 9.95 and then we will be all set.
