It would be great to have a legend on the calendar to show what each color represents on the activities. For example, currently I use blue for Men's Ministry activities, pink for Women's (very original I know) Red for special events etc.

I know this and I have a list on my desk reminding me, but nobody else knows this when they see the calendar.

Thanks - that's an excellent idea. You may have inspired us for a way to allow people to make custom categories, too smile

I LOVE this idea...I have a lot of color coding on mine, and it would help others remember them also.

How did Maher Maso get the words to come out in the different colors in his calendar footer? I'd like to do that too with my legend. Also, his footer is quite detailed. Is that available on all calendars or only the premium. I am a new subscriber and have both types. Thank you.

Basically, Maher used custom HTML on the calendar footer to indicate what events would be in which colors, and then Maher followed this convention on any events that were added.

You can set the calendar title or footer under the options menu. Here's some very basic HTML to get you started:

<font color="red">Sports events are red</font><font color="green">Parties are in green</font>

A basic primer on HTML will show you how to do a lot more (and with better syntax, I might add)
