I sign up for a 1yr subscription to your site about 2 months ago. For some reason it doesn’t recognize me as a subscriber any more. I also lost everything I had set up on my calendar. Can you please look into this and re-activate my subscription please. Login name is Brklyn |

I can understand if there was a problem activating your subscription, and I'll correct it immediately - but the "losing data" comment is what concerns me. No data should be lost. Can you tell me what is missing from your calendar - and did you possibly sign up under more than one member name?
