Request for help in preventing event_reminders from being sent.	Reply to this Post Reply with Quote

I would like to stop the event_reminders being sent to my email address. My localander accounts were deactivated (at my request) a few months ago but I for some reason am still receiving an event reminder.

Would one of the administrators please advise me of how to go about stoping the event reminders from being sent.

Did you also file a trouble-ticket on this? It appears that there are no events on your calendar for reminders to be sent on.

The reminders may be coming from friendshipandharmony, one of my old accounts, which was deleted on or about Sep 8, 2007. I can provide the email address (offline) to which the event_reminders are being sent if that would be helpful.

No, I didn't file a trouble ticket but if that's what I need to do, please advise the process.

P. S. I recieved another event_reminder on Jan 2nd.
