Marc

Has localendar ever thought of added a catagory/board for those who are beginners and use your calendar, but have questions about their website in general and how to do specific things, like added images, html, etc...

Just a thought

I think that's what we hoped this forum would be (plus the online FAQ).

Are you having problems finding tips in this forum or via a search? Do you think the FAQ should be expanded? We're open to any suggestions that increase usability.

I have viewed your FAQ way back in the beginning. I went through them again and they appear to be oriented toward the Calendar (which I personally think that they should seeing this is what this website is about).

You do have seperate catagories but everything I have viewed is related in someway to an issue with the calendar.

What I was talking about was a catagory here on the forum for people that are having problems with their website. Not the calendar. Basically for beginners, intermediate or even advanced level. No I'm not a beginner (doing website for 11 years) but can always learn more. Just thought with having to be a member of Localendar to even see the forum, it would be a nice exclusive group and if someone was having a problem with their design or their html, java, etc. They could post a question here and either you (support) or another member could answer their question or point them in the right direction.

It was just a thought. BTW thank you for the upgrade it is greatly appreciated biggrin biggrin biggrin

Gotcha. As long as people don't expect me to start answering Java questions, we can set that up. Maybe a "Member to Member Getting started" forum? Have to think of a better title.

I just don't want people to get frustrated if we have ~0% participation in that area (I suppose we'll still have to moderate it for appropriate behaviour)
