49thdiver here. I cancelled my subscription months ago.
I have asked for a refund via paypal as you requested.
You said you would refund me you have not.
I have sent 3 or 4 reminders, this is not cricket.
Please refund my money.
The case number you gave me is Case #15660
This is the address I have been using at paypal to request the refund. localendar@yahoo.com

I quote: "request a refund at paypal.com and we will approve it. you need to cancel any recurring payments there too"

What I meant was to refuse the transaction @ PayPal, and I would refund it through our console. I didn't intend for you to send us an email.

That account (localendar@yahoo) is not monitored (we use the Contact Us form) except for messages that come directly from PayPal. Sorry for the confusion - we're not ignoring you. I've sent the refund.
