I am presently the operator/owner of a calendar and pay for the premium service, I would like to transfer the calendar to another person. I sent an email and have a ticket # 87693 but have not received an answer, I would appreciate any help in accomplishing this task.

Transfer the calendar or the subscription?
You can change the calendar id, email, etc under Options->Security to the information for the new person. Is there some other action you wanted us to take?

The billing happens automatically through paypal. So if you don't want to be auto-charged when the renewal comes up, it's crucial that you go to Paypal and cancel (search for "cancel subscription" from their site)

Next, the person taking over should sign up for a new subscription when the current one expires.

Paypal doesn't have any method (that I am aware of) to transfer a subscription from one person to another.
