I cannot find the administrative area on our forum in which to add moderators, create new areas and such...can anyone heplp me out?

There should be a menu option on your forum header bar titled "Administration".

Sign out of localendar, and then sign into your personal forums at:
http://www.localendar.com/forums/pmccalendar
