For the past week, I've been trying to update the web calendar with postings and after I save the change, nothing gets posted.

I've sent an email to customer support and haven't heard back from them. Has anyone else been having this problem ???

Are you flagging the events as Public when you enter them, or leaving them as Private (which is the default setting, but you can change it under Options)

Have you also checked to make sure your browser isn't caching pages? For example, for IE, look under Tools->Internet Options->Settings and make sure "every visit to the page" is selected.
