We've received a request for payment from PayPal for an additional year of Premium Service. Is this the regular system of payment, as we don't recall ever setting anything up with PayPal in the beginning. Can you please help us?

Could you send me the transaction ID so I can further investigate. However, I recommend emailing that information to me for privacy purposes.
I do show that you have a Premium Webmaster account. How did you pay for that originally?

No transaction number to give you. I've spoken with PayPal, who found the account, but I can't sign into it because our previous manager's name is on it and it's a personal, not business, account. They, therefore, cannot send me a password to gain access and make changes, including giving them a credit card # to pay for an additional year. They suggest opening a NEW account, making it a Business Account, which would take effect when the current one expires in early November. A Business Account would allow multiple users. HELP!!!

Please clarify. Do you want to keep the existing account or create a new one? Is the credit card the previous owners card or one that your business uses? Can you provide me the name of the previous manager and I can attempt to look up the account through my end.

Thanks,
Sarah Giles

Could we correspond by e-mail, rather than using this forum? Seems a bit public for me. Thank you.
