Sarah, please reply, as we've now received two e-mails from PayPal, telling us they've attempted to use our (old) credit card for next year's payment and they're unable. They are unable because I cannot get into the website to which they've directed me, not having the same info as PayPal has on file for us and they will only talk to the person who's name is on the account. That person has left the company!!!! Can't we get this working? Thank you. [url=mailto:carefree_clubhouse@embarqmail.com]

If you can't get into your Paypal account, or the account is not accessible, then Paypal will simply give up trying to renew at some point.

What you should do in the meantime is create another PayPal account whose details you will have on file, and just re-subscribe using that one.

I have extended your subscription by a couple of months so you won't see any lapse in service.

We are having the same problem since the person who set up the calendar and paid for the premium service with PayPal is no longer with our organization (and we do not know information like his Pay Pal password). We would like to renew for premium service but can't seem to make it happen when we try.

I show that you have a trial calendar, so you would just need to create a PayPal account of your own. If you are referring to another calendar, which I am to assume that you are then you will need to do the same as recommended to the previous post. You will need to re-subscribe with your own PayPal account information.
