I have tried sending this via your 'Contact' link last week, but have received no response.

The clipart icons have disappeared from our calendar.
Could it be that our premium subscription has run out?

I thought you would warn us if this was about to happen.

I actually replied to your message via email on January 7, 2009 with the following information:
"Your calendar matching the sending email expired 1/6/09. If you paid your subscription through PayPal, they should have already automatically deducted your subscription fee. You can simply resubscribe without losing any information on your calendars."
This would also be the reason behind the clip art difficulty as well.

Sorry, I did not receive it. Perhaps it went to a dead address.
I did see one time only that there was such bad address on our profile page, but now it just says' don't want to show email'. I hesitate to show the addresses here in public.

If that was the case, how do I get to the place to change the one you would contact me on?
I see no place on the 'edit my profile' page.

Sometimes the emails sent are recognized as "spam" so you may need to enable "cookies" in your browser in order to open our correspondence emails.
However, for privacy reasons I understand not posting your email. You can log onto www.localendar.com and send us an email there. You can also log into your calendar and change your email preferences under "options" and click the "security" tab at the top of the page.

Hope this helps.
