I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO CANCEL MY PREMIUM SERVICE FOR TWO YEARS NOW. IT HAS NEVER WORKED FOR ME & I CONTINUE TO GET CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE EACH YEAR.

ALL MESSAGES TO LOCALENDAR CONTACTS HAVE BEEN IGNORED.

ALSO, HOW DO YOU CANCEL A CALENDAR ALL TOGETHER?

I responded to your recent email as well. But to be brief, the last email I see from your email address was sent in 2007. We have not seen any recent emails until Saturday. So, my apologies for not answering your previous attempts at emails. However, they were not received for whatever reason.
In response to your difficulty cancelling your subscription. You will need to contact PayPal directly to resolve the issue. Especially if you have had difficulty for the past 2 years doing so. That error is on their end, as we do not charge your credit card.

I just posted a new thread on this--but how do you simply change what paypal account receives the billing? I've tried for two years to do that through localendar.com. I am paid through 2010, but while the calendar is valuable and is being used continually--we want to simply change who is being billed through Paypal so that you continue to receive your annual premiums.

Paypal states that they don't control which account is being billed, only perform the billing as requested by the annual service. This is frustrating. Both localendar.com and paypal.com tell customers to see the other company.

You should cancel your existing subscription with PayPal, and have the new maintainer sign up for a renewal some time before the current subscription expires.
