We use localendar on our library website. We pay for the Premium subscription so that ads are not included. I paid for the subscription renewal in December 08 and the ads started reappearing a couple of weeks ago.
I'd just like the ads removed. Thanks very much.

I actually show that your account expired 1/12/09. I looked up your email associated with your account in the PayPal system and did not find your payment information. Did you receive a confirmation number that PayPal processed your subscription? If so, please email it to me and I can try to help you from there. Otherwise, I would contact PayPal directly and find out where the mix up was.

I am recieving google adds on different days of the month. When I click on the add it will close out but then a new add appears either on the same day or a differnt day. There all over the calendar.

I signed up today for a premium ad-free calendar, and the ads are all over the place! My paypal receipt went through just after 10am EST. It is now after 5pm EST, and I am still looking at those horrid ads on my calendar despite signing out and signing in again.

This is extremely unfortunate because I sent out a huge email today to my listserve telling my subscribers to check out the new ad-free calendar.

This is NOT impressive.

I would like to know where to obtain the ad-free html that I paid for.

I'm having the same problem - I have signed up for premium service, it shows an expiration date in 2010, but the ads still are appearing.

The issue has been corrected. Within the past 20 hours, for approximately 15,000 members, a recent change caused ads to appear on the month block-view (not Month-List, or the other views or feeds) of published calendars. We became aware of the issue and immediately created and tested a patch.

Sarah: a payment to localendar was made on 12-14-08.
here's what I copied off paypal:

Original Transaction
Date Type Status Details Amount

I can copy more info but am wary of copying info that will be public.
Please let me know what I need to resolve this. Now ads are embedded on Saturday.

Sarah: we're still getting the ads on our calendar. I've sent the info you requested to support@localendar but I've gotten no personal response and there's been no resolution of problem. I am slightly frustrated at this point as it has gone on for some weeks now. Thanks for anything you can do.
