Our Premium Subscription was renewed automatically via PayPal on April 22. However, we now notice that our calendar is displaying ads and our uploaded images are gone. We expect this to be rectified immediately. If not corrected within 24 hours from first notice, we will file complaint with PayPal.

Is anyone out there, or is Localendar.com on autopilot?

We've already escalated this issue to PayPal, as more than 24 hours has elapsed since our initial attempt to contact Customer Support (directly, not in this forum) without response of any kind. PayPal should have more clout than any one of us does individually, and they have an effective dispute resolution process. Even though PayPal does not offer buyer protection for "intangible items," such as subscriptions for services, the company generally will investigate and attempt to pressure the vendor to make good on the contract. We also are in contact with the Better Business Bureau for Localendar.com's principle office. As you can see, we want this to be resolved immediately!

(P.S. Howdy to Ashville Youth Association. We're neighbors to the south in Greenville. That's SOUTH CAROLINA, not TEXAS as suggested by some of the stupid Google ads on our currently not-so-Premium calendar pages. Sheesh.)

Your subscription on the PAM05293 calendar expires June 22. There are currently no ads on that calendar, and uploaded images are displayed correctly.

Perhaps your issue related to another calendar that you are using? There are no other details in the message (or is this a mensa challenge we are meant to figure out?)

Your email has been answered regarding the same question. Your subsription has expired. Without any other information such as a PayPal transaction ID for payment, etc. I cannot help you further.

mschoenberger,

Your payment was applied to a calendar titled "mkennedy81" that I cannot locate in our system. Did you perhaps change your member name from "mkennedy81" to "mschoenberger" ?

On the supposition that this is correct, I am applying the subscription to your mschoenberger account until I hear otherwise. I would suggest you cancel your subscription (at paypal) and renew next year under your new member name.
