I do have the Premium service. There had been an issue about whether payment had been made but I sent information needed.
The ads went away for quite a while but now they're back. Our calendar is for a high school library and we'd love the ads to be removed permanently.

What calendar are you addressing? I looked at johnhorn, and its subscription expired on 5/19, and I couldnt find a renewal from Paypal. Nevertheless, I turned off ads until 6/19 just in case.

But I need to know the name of the calendar you are using to track down this issue (and a paypal renewal # or other info would help, too)

I renewed for the Premium account in Dec 2008 for the year 2009.

Payment was made on December 14, 2008.

Never underestimate the helpfulness of a paypal transaction id! I tracked down your payment and updated your expiry date to 1/19/2010 (payment + 30 days after.. roughly)

I'm not sure why Paypal didn't send us the correct notification, but it happens sometimes. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
