I discontinued the premium service because the administrations wants to use a product that is greatly INFERIOR to localendar. I discontinued the premium service last year and the year before and have to go back and cancell the payment every year. If i miss this payment notification you guys get paid for nothing. SO, reverse these charges and send me an accounting for the last few yearly payments. VP ---------------------------------------- It is sometimes better to be lucky than smart! |

pmccalendar , I'll refund this year's subscription, but to avoid being re-billed you need to cancel your subscription through Paypal. I can't tell you how anoying it is to have to respond to your billing department through a public foreum. why can't you just send me a direct telephone number or email link so we can wap this up already. I get an email from LOCALendar and I can't even respond to it through regular email.... Please look abd see how many times i have been billed in the month of JUNE and refund all these charges if they haven't already and then CLOSE THE PREMIUM ACCOUNT.. This has been such a hassle. It nearly as bad as dealing with GOOGLE and they are completely automated.... thanks ---------------------------------------- It is sometimes better to be lucky than smart! |

Actually, you're making this a lot more difficult than it has to be... If you got an email from us, and responded we get your response. Throw us a bone here.... We're trying to help you. You need to cancel your subscription if you have not done so already. And I am only authorized to refund the most recent payment.
