Hello.
I have just been told that PayPal have sent you an annual subscription payment of $29.95 US, but my current subscription does not expire until Sep 1 '09.

I have just been in touch with PayPal and they have advised that I ask you to refund this payment, and they will then refund it to me.

As long as PayPal has been notified and you have corrected the issue then your refund is on the way. PayPal will provide you with a confirmation for the refund when it has been approved. We have no way of speeding up the process on our end.
