I like the calendar feature that allows our climbing club members to post their events on-line with little or no input on my end......the discussion board is generic....BUT sad

I am getting exceedingly frustrated dealing with all the issues I have encountered since I chose localendar.com for our club's calender and discussion board.

I browsed the other areas of this main Localender Board and it appears that there are a number of issues in all areas of this company's product.

I have sent a number of emails describing problems with premium service, URLs to discussion boards, our club members inability to sign on or register and I have to patiently sit back and wait until I see a post on this board for a response/solution for any kind of action.....only to get a flip comment questioning me as to why "I" am using the old forum's pages or links. confused

This is weak.

I want the ability to speak to someone to resolve these issues very soon or I will discontinue our relationship with LOCALENDER.COM and demand a refund. crying

Can someone please provide a telephone number and an address for the proprietors of this internet firm? confused

Hmmm... was that flip comment in response to your:

First of all I have no control over where YOUR links take me....

Gotta watch the implied shouting when you uppercase specific stuff like that.

Our point of contact is the discussion boards. And there are a lot of messages in the thread responding to you. We do not provide telephone support. Try calling someone from Yahoo or Google on the phone tongue

If you wish to have a refund and have your account removed, please let me know.
