Your payment system is far too complicated and too unreliable to continue using your service.

Great idea, lousy execution.

I require someone call me ASAP to confirm that my credit card will no longer be charged. I am not willing to discuss my credit card in forums or via email.

Thanks,
Art.

I understand that you do not wish to discuss credit card information in the forums.
However, help me understand what the specific difficulty is that you are having so I can assist you further. The previous email I received from you was to cancel the trial account (bautista-geiger) and that you would upgrade to Premium services. Is this where you had difficulty?

Sincerely,
Sarah Giles

Please see my response to your email.

In this post, you seem to be saying "Don't charge me anymore", yet in this message you say you are "unable to subscribe". What problem are you actually having?
