Thank you for responding to my growing frustration. I did indeed have an account called 'wink', but thought this had been sorted when I had difficulties logging in after last years payment - I guess I was wrong! If possible, I would prefer to have the payment made in July refunded to PayPal, so they will then refund it to me. I have ensured they do not have any automatic payment authorisation for that account, and would like to get my current account issues resolved so that things should run smoothly in future. I have tried using the 'contact us' form already (for account payments), but have never received a response via this channel - hence my reliance on the forums. If you can resolve this issue, I would be very grateful, as otherwise I find the calendar useful. F A McGlinn |
