I purchased the personal premium service a few days ago which I thought had printing capability, but I guess I was wrong. If I need to upgrade to Webmaster, how do I get charged for only the difference of the upgrade?

If you wish to upgrade to Premium Webmaster, you can log into PayPal and cancel your current calendar. You will also be able to request a refund for the amount of $9.95. Then you can re-subscribe for the Premium Webmaster calendar.

I actually took the liberty of cancelling/refunding your old subscription already. And I gave you a 1 month trial of Premium Webmaster.

So please make sure to subscribe to Premium Webmaster by 9/25 to retain the Printing feature on your Public calendar.

I saw that when I subscribed to the webmaster service. Thanks you. BTW, I've noticed that your printing function doesn't work correctly with the clip art that comes with the serrvice. The artwork prints outside of the individual days.

I did a test print on your Sept calendar and it printed correctly. Can I ask for a bit more detail on what you mean by "The artwork prints outside of the individual days" ?

May I also ask if you are using IE6?
