I apologize if this question has been covered elsewhere previously. I reviewed the FAQ and threads and didn't see anything specifically related to my question. I'm a new user and am interested in signing up for one of the premium packages. What I need to be sure of in advance is that my account will only be charged once for one year. If this service automatically bills every year, I am not interested. I look forward to your response.

Thank you.

Yes, if you subscribe through PayPal you will be charged automatically on an annual basis. There is another option. You can send a check via snail mail with your member name to the following address:
Localendar.com
9 Hankins Rd.
Sussex, NJ 07641

Since this is received directly by Localendar.com your calendar will expire unless you send another check.

I have a subscription question but my issue is that paypal charges my account in December and for some reason does not communicate with localendar.
I was charged $9.95 on December 14, 2009 for localendar. Here is the info:
Subscription Payment Sent (Unique Transaction ID #331147339X318431A)
In reference to: S-17G491847N875693L

Can you please change my account back to Premium and remove all ads?
Is there something I can do to avoid going through this process every year? It took weeks to remove ads this time last year.
Thanks for your help!

Done (and in less than a week :-))

Did you change your member name at one point? That could have broken paypal's link to us. I would suggest cancelling your subscription next year, and signing up again to hopefully re-link our two sites.

Awesome! Very speedy this year! Haven't changed my name so I'll take your advice and cancel and sign up again.
Thank you very much!
