I have basic premium. How do you put event hour to zero. I also do not want all day to show.

I am unsure of what you are trying to achieve. However, if you wish to set the duration of the event to zero you can do so by clicking on the arrow next to "duration". It will only show the start time of the event. Are you aiming to not have a start/end time shown?
