On a calendar with column heading indicating days of the week, it is somewhat self-evident that each row is represents a week. Given that, having the word 'Week' serves no purpose and I would like to disable it. I've look through all the settings I can find, but there does not appear to be a way to accomplish that. Also, when 'Week' is displayed, it forces the calendar to the right unnecessarily.

Does anyone have any idea how to disable 'Week'?

If you mean the month-block view, the word is there because it is actually a link to the Week-view of events for a particular period.
