Glad you have the feature, but when I added a custom image, I tried to size it so it filled the calendar. I noticed that if I had more than 1 event for a single day, the (monthly interactive view) calendar gets taller, and my background image tiles. After experimenting, the best I can do is to create an image with the correct width (700 pixels or so) and a lot of height. I add the extra height at the bottom with a bunch of black space, so if the picture scrolls down it doesn't tile up small fractions of the picture again.

For now I just have no custom image and am using a black background...

Is there a better solution or a fix possible so I can show off some great photos?

Thanks, Jeff

Unfortunately, no browsers that I am aware of currently support the CSS3 property that allows a background image to be stretched to fit. Until then, using a border or manually adjusting the size/scale is the only possible solution.
