I have changed the Doc to: <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
..Still no work. The website page is: http://coastalcameraclub.com/news_events.html

It seems to be working fine for me (as a side note, you can adjust the size and colors to match your site)
