I have been using this localendar for 2 years now to plan our office vacation days & love it. The only problem I'm having now is that none of my 2010 activity is giving me any email reminders at all, even if I set it to remind me before the event occurs. I even did a test event this morning to see if it will email me the reminder but it didn't. I've checked my spam & junk mail & it's not in there. Any ideas what I need to do?

I'm going to put a test event on your calendar for today, May 26 at 10am (EST) with a 15 minute reminder and send it to the email on your account (m....p...@rvwcpa.com) and my account. I'll report back if I get it or not; please let me know if you see it (or not)

I did receive the reminder at 9:45 AM.

If you did not (and the email I used was correct) and you still dont see it in your spam or junk folder, then you should contact your ISP. Some ISPs will block emails they think are spam before you even get to make the determination for yourself.

If that's the case, tell them you want email from "remind_agent@localendar.com" whitelisted . That should allow it to get through to you.
