Paid for Premium weeks ago and still have no premium features available to use. The Options list all that is available (this service available with Premium...) but no way to use them. It gives me the option to upgrade to Premium and says the new features will be instant access, but that was two weeks ago.

What premium features are not working? I show that you have a Premium Basic subscription that is active.
