Hi,

I've also been having this problem. It doesn't happen for every single event, but there are many events that I get an email alert for and then when I go into the calendar, the event doesn't show up anywhere on the calendar. It's been happening since we first started using this. Why does this happen? Is there something that the person entering the event is doing wrong on their end that would cause this to happen?

It is possible they are posting a huge description from Word that is not being accepted. They should be receiving an error message, but it's possible they are running a pop-up blocker or anti-virus program that is interfering with the validation.

We're still trying to duplicate this from our side.
