I've embedded the mini-calendar on our website (www.mycareermax.com), but I cannot get the navigation arrows to change to a different color. Right now they are the same color as the background, so they do not appear. And unless you're looking for them, you'd never know they're there.

I'm fairly new at this, so I don't know if there's a simple fix that I'm missing, or if there's something complicated I need to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The link colors for the arrows are being overriden by some other CSS you have set on your calendar.

Try adding this:
.localendar-monthName a {
color:#ffffff
}

after the other localendar CSS you pasted and see if it makes a difference.
