For the 2nd time this week that I've logged in, then clicked on an event on my calendar to make a change, it bumps me back to the sign-in page. Couple days ago when that happened I went back a couple hours later and stayed logged in just fine, but now it's doing it again. Any ideas as to why? |

Was able to finally get in after logging into the forums, and then went back to read other posts about clearing the 'cache' and tried it. Maybe that will take care of the problem. |

I'm replying to my own post again. Still being bumped back to the sign-in page even after clearing the cache. The only way I can get in to my calendar is to log into forums and THEN go to my calendar. Frustrating. |

I know exactly what you mean, FLC, the same thing happens to me. It is very frustrating. I am going to write to them again and see if they will fix it once and for all. I hate this, makes it very hard to get any work done. |

Hey folks, Hopefully you can see from the other forum activity that this is not affecting the vast majority of users. Not that you'd feel any better, but I want to clarify that this is not an issue having to do specifically with underlying localendar.com code. Most likely, even if you've cleared your browser's cache, somewhere upstream (most likely at your ISP) an old file is still being served. We have all kinds of "tricks" to try and prevent ISPs (and browsers) from caching stale content (in this case, probably Javascript) but sometimes it still happens outside our control. We're always looking at additional tweaks in this area. Another option is to make sure your browser is configured to accept cookies, since that is how we track your login. And to temporarily disable any antivirus, spyware, or adblockers you may be running and see if that corrects the problem. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
