We preset our calendar to 8 separate daily time blocks for the entire school year. We then click on each individual time block to schedule classes for those times. On the December calendar, when we try to enter classes for certain time blocks, they disappear when we click on them and we end up having to reenter the time. Our previous settings disappear. |

Could you perhaps give me a more specific example that I can try to replicate? I looked at your Dec calendar and there appear to be a lot of "events" What would I have to do (and what would I see before and after) to duplicate this issue? If you click on the time block 3A or 3B to enter an event, the preset time that we have originally set aside will disappear. It will default back to January 1, 2000 or something like that and then turn to gray (we usually set a color for each time slot). It will only do it for that time slot (3A & 3B) every day and some of the other time slots on random days. I end up having to delete that time slot and re-enter it with the event. |
