Hello,
Today I received a note that my account was automatically debited for renewal, however, we are no longer using the calendar. Therefore, I immediately went into PayPal and cancelled the premium subscription. I would like to know if a refund is possible since I cancelled the same day as the renewal?

I really do not recall authorizing an automatic withdrawal for renewal, and I had not received anything warning me that my renewal was coming up. Otherwise I would have cancelled when we stopped using the service earlier this fall.

We have appreciated your service, it was very helpful as we developed our online presence.

We are glad you have enjoyed using our calendar. Sorry to see you go.
There was an email sent to you today regarding this question. Basically, you have taken the appropriate steps.
When you signed up for PayPal, you agreed to an automatic renewal on an annual basis. Your expiration date is displayed to the left of your calendar under the month. No notices are sent out for automatic renewal.
Once PayPal has reviewed your request for refund you will receive a confirmation email from them.
