I have been adding events to my calendar and pressing "save", the screen takes me to a calendar view with no event on the day I specified. It started last week and has got me a bit frustrated. I have used multiple computers/browsers all to the same effect. Please advise. Thanks!

Are you marking the events as "public"?

Hmmm, I think that may be the issue, I'm not sure if I was. Although I should be able to see it as the admin regardless. Thanks for the suggestion!

Are you adding new events and not able to see the changes, or editing existing ones?

You arent by chance pasting the updated text from Word or another editor are you? If so, would you paste it into Notepad first, and then copy it to localendar?

I am not doing anything I haven't been doing for the past year or more. I paste the text into the space provided (whether from notepad or some other source), format the title, date/time, address hit save and [poof] gone. I can save a copy to another date but not edit it. I've already spent too much time on getting this to work with NO postive outcome... answers, not questions would be helpful.

I added 3 events to your calendar (public, then I changed them to private) and they all worked correctly.

Apologies for having to ask questions, but this is how we diagnose a problem. We can't give you answers out of the blue.

If you look at my previous message, I asked that you paste your description into Notepad *first*, then copy it from there and paste it into your calendar.

You confirmed that you are pasting from other sources *besides* notepad directly into the Event Editor, which may be the source of the problem. Please try this solution first and let us know if it corrects the problem (after which, I'd be happy to explain what's going on)

You can also paste one of the descriptions that is causing problems here, in a forum message, so that we can try and duplicate your problem.

Yes, I use notepad to unformat the event information from outlook. My issue is that after filling in the information: location, time, date etc. it is not displaying after I save. I appreciate your efforts and am glad to hear that you were sucessful in posting to my calendar. I assume I am alone in having this issue and that it must be something I am doing incorrectly. I am going to give it another go, hopefully I will be able to resolve this problem. I'll let you know the outcome. Thanks again.

Ok, well all seems to be working as it should. I am a bit puzzled at the cause of my problem but glad for a resolution. Thanks, localendar team!
