ical feed is not set for daylight savings, is there a way to fix this? |

I'm not sure if you mean an iCal feed you are trying to import, or localendar's iCal feed. The localendariCal feed includes a TimeZone entry at the top, which lets the consuming system know when the internal events should be switched to DST. This is the responisiblity of the application importing the feed.
