I am not able to insert a hyperlink. I have tried clearing cache and resetting safari, even allowing pop-ups. When I hit the link button it opens up blank. I wrote yesterday but I have yet to hear back from anyone.

Are you running any ant-virus software or other apps that might be blocking the popup?

Also, make sure you hilight some text to make a link before you click that button. The window will not open if you do not have any text selected.
