First off, I have been a customer for years and like the product. Recently, I have uploaded a couple pictures to my image file and some of them will not get applied to the event. I have checked the file sizes and I am well under the limits. Any thoughts??? |

Do they still show in your clipart library after the upload? If so, can you tell me the names (or is the problem intermittent?) Can you open a support ticket for this?
