I would like to change the rolllover, and for that matter, the border color of the rollover for events in month view. I have a site with a black background and the rollover does not match the site at all. The time is also black and does not show when the event is not rolled over.

Alas, you can change the title text color, but the time color is currently fixed at #000 (Black). And I don't see that we have easy hooks for changing the hover color. Let me see what we can do about that.
