Hello,

All my events in my calendar have a line under the text. I don't have a description (to link) to. Everytime I add an event, it is underlined. Please help me with this.

This is actually a recent change that was requested by many of our users.

A function of the event pop-up window is that it contains a series of buttons at the bottom to let users sync the event time and details with their Google, Outlook, Yahoo, iCal, etc calendars.

Historically, you are correct: If an event did not have a description, we would not display the popup. However, this would mean a visitor could not add the event details to their personal calendars.

The recent change (which was also mentioned on our Twitter stream ) addresses this issue. We will now display the pop-up to give people the "Save this event to my calendar" options.

We did discuss adding the text "(No additional information)" to the pop-up. We would appreciate your (and anyone else's) feedback on if we should add this text or something similar.

We utilize this calendar in our resort for event communications and find that the new function of a mandatory hyperlink is misleading to our community residents and community staff. They see the 'underlining' and view the event for the 'additional' info that has always been provided with select events. Now they have no way of telling which event has the additional info and which one does not; unless they read into every single event??? Inconvenient for all. Can you please add your new hyperlink feature as an option, instead of a mandatory feature??

We already have it queued up as an enhancement. As I mentioned in my previous post, without the links there is no way for visitors to save these types of events to their local (Outlook, Google, Yahoo, etc) calendar.
