Same thing here. Paid for premium service and have not been able to access the services. Sent 2 emails via the form and have not received a response back. |

Also unable to access premium services. Had it for several days after PayPal went through, then gone. Sent 3 emails. Just getting autoresponse. HELP! |

Your subscription is active, however I don't see the Printable View button turned on.
