Same thing here. Paid for premium service and have not been able to access the services. Sent 2 emails via the form and have not received a response back.

Subscribed to premium services, with PayPal acknowledgment. Cannot access features.
How do I get this activated?

Because your subscription is being sent via PO, it is most likely taking longer. I'm checking into it.

Also unable to access premium services. Had it for several days after PayPal went through, then gone. Sent 3 emails. Just getting autoresponse. HELP!

Your subscription is active, however I don't see the Printable View button turned on. This is something you have to enable under the Options menu. smile
