Can the Day/Week/Month view menu be made to show in the Month View? It shows in all other views but no in the Month view.

The reason we don't show this menu in the month view is because you can already get to those views without it.

For example, clicking on the Day # will take you to that date's Day view.
If we just had a generic "Day" button on the bottom, where would it take you?

If you want a Week view, you can choose to show Week links on the left of each row on the Month Block view. Under Options->General, click Show More at the bottom and turn on Week Jump shortcuts.
