When people go to the calendar it doesnt' reflect any changes that I have added since I started. What am I doing wrong?

Have you marked the events as Public and not Private (the default)?

Also, under Tools->Internet Options->Settings in your browser, do you have "Every visit to the Page' selected?

You may have updated the default value the Public/Private button will have (under Options), but that doesn't update events you've already entered. They are still marked as Private.

A hint is that the default color for private events is Blue, and for Public it's yellow (unless you supply a color). So, if you look at your calendar, you'll see a lot of blue (hence Private) events.
