I did not authorize a $ 9.95 charge to my account for Permium Personal since I already have Permium Web master which expires 9/30/12. Last year I had the Permium Personal but did not know it will automatically renew and charge my credit card after a year. I already got Permium Web Master a few months ago. Please help. I contacted customer support without any reply from them. |
