hello. last march or thereabouts i canceled my premium services. in august i got automatically billed for subscription renewal. i sent in 2 email forms but have yet to get a response. after a week of waiting i sent an email directly to support.

the automated response said that "If your message does not pertain to sign-on/access issues or Premium Subscription activation/renewal, it will be ignored. Otherwise, it will be queued and and we will respond shortly."

i still am awaiting a response. my issue is directly related to a premium subscription renewal.

in the meantime, i have contacted my credit card company and they have credited me the fee. paypal said they are investigating.

i am leaving for holiday for 2 weeks. i don't want this to linger any more.

i would like the username (fordptsa) deleted from your files. i don't want any more problems, any more stress. i don't know why your system renewed after i had cancelled. it seem very difficult to get a response via forms and emails. i hope this format works. i really did not want to get involved in a public place, but obviously no one considered that.
