My account was charged both $9.95 for premium service AND $29.95 for premium webmaster service on January 4th. You have reduced my access from webmaster premium to just premium. I have students who need to enter training sessions on the calendar. You have my money I need you to reinstate my service to premium webmaster access. I have sent three notes this week to support of this issue and called the administrator this morning. No one is helping me.
I would appreciate it if my service is reinstated.

Perhaps you upgraded at some point and the old subscription remained? Apologies for the inconvenience; I will cancel/refund the Premium Basic and make sure to reset your service level.
